Custom Learning Management System (LMS)
The Problem: Client needed a streamlined onboarding tool for instructors, but existing market solutions were bloated, expensive, and difficult to manage.
The Execution: Developed a lightweight, custom WordPress plugin. Features include a secure document viewer, progress tracking, and an intuitive UI that requires zero training to use.
A training system is useless without verification. I engineered a custom reporting dashboard using SQL to track user progress, quiz scores, and completion times down to the second.
Content flexibility was a major consideration, and the solution allows a wide range of files to be delivered as course content with simple, dedicated meta boxes that simplify course creation.
Management moved from assumption-based training to forensic-level accountability. The system provides detailed visibility into the information each employee viewed, for how long, and their navigation path—where they went next or back to. This ensures that employees aren’t just glossing over mission-critical information but are actively engaging with the content.
Enterprise Registration & Payment System
The Problem: The client needed to modernize a complex, multi-state event registration process. Off-the-shelf plugins could not handle the specific business logic required: tiered pricing, family-group registration, custom merchandise add-ons, and real-time inventory management—all while integrating with legacy financial reporting standards.
The Execution: I architected a comprehensive business engine. This custom solution handles the entire lifecycle of the event: from secure user registration and group management to processing payments via WooCommerce API integration. It includes a custom-built administrative backend for managing students, generating financial reports, and exporting data for on-site check-in.
